The Institute of Research and Continuing Medical Education was established by the Vietnam Medical Association under Decision No. 71/QD-THYH dated March 23, 2020, based on Official Dispatch No. 186/K2ĐT-ĐT dated March 6, 2020, agreeing with the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Training - Ministry of Health on the establishment of the Institute of Research and Continuing Medical Education. The Institute was granted a Certificate of Registration for Scientific and Technological Activities No. 2276, dated August 31, 2020, by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
